The annual White House Correspondents Dinner was nothing short of spectacular. President Obama's last year in office, the event was nothing short of a Star Studded event. Highlights of the event attendees included Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Kendall Jenner, John Cena, Nikki Bella, Tracy Ellis-Ross, Anthony Anderson, Gayle King, Rosario Dawson, and Kerri Washington to name a few. The dress code was conservative but astounding. Our #POTUS and #FLOTUS did not disappoint as they are always dressed to impressed. Our First Lady adorned a champagne sparkle sheer overlay dress by Givenchy with her perfectly trimmed bob.

Hosted by comedian Larry Wilmore, we got to hear a few punch lines on our favorite politician. Best crack on Mr. President was about his aging in office: "And let me just say, Mr. President, the office has taken its toll on you. You look terrible, Mr. President. Your hair is so white; it tried to punch me at a (Donald) Trump rally. The President's hair is so white it keeps saying 'All lives matter.'"

Mr. President packed a punch in a few of his wise cracks. Favorites of Obama lines were of course include everyone’s favorite subject Donald Trump and his absence. "You've got a room full of reporters, celebrities, cameras, and he says no. Is this dinner too tacky for the Donald? What could he possibly be doing instead? Is he at home, eating a Trump steak, tweeting out insults to Angela Merkel?"

Keeping with current events many in the room were accused of being rich and crooked as in the cases of the Panama papers, “But I am impressed with the people in this room. There are so many rich, powerful people in this room. It's nice to finally match the faces to the names in the Panama Papers." But most of all we got of sense of how much the first family will be missed- -especially our #FLOTUS Michelle Obama. Wilmore comments, "After eight years in the White house, Mr. President, we're really going to miss Michelle."
